GK oil contains no additives and serves as a base for a wide range of lubricants. GK dehydrated oil fully complies with the requirements of the international standard IEC 60296:12 for class IIA oils. Produced according to the technical conditions of the All-Russian Research Institute of Oil Refining and is intended for operation in the temperature range from -45°C to 95°C.

Kerosene for illumination
KO-25
It is a slightly oily transparent flammable liquid, produced by rectification or straight distillation of oil. By its composition, this type of kerosene is a mixture of volatile hydrocarbons, which have the ability to boil at temperatures from 150°C to 250°C. It is used in household lighting devices (kerosene or incandescent lamps), as well as in heating devices used in everyday life. KO-25 kerosene is a highly flammable product. Its flash point in an open crucible is 57°C, its autoignition temperature is 216°C, and its ignition temperature is limited to the range of 35°C to 75°C.
Jet fuel
TS-1
Produced by straight distillation of middle distillate oil fractions. It is also possible to produce this kerosene from oil with one of the special components: hydrotreated or mercaptan-free. Such a chemical product, like TS-1 kerosene, is a mixture of volatile hydrocarbons with boiling point ranges from 150°C to 250°C. TS-1 (aviation) kerosene is a clear or slightly yellowish liquid with a characteristic odor given by aromatic hydrocarbons. This kerosene is mainly used in turbojet and turboprop aircraft engines as fuel, coolant, and lubricant for fuel system components. It is widely used in the paint and varnish industry for the production of varnishes and paint materials based on fatty alkyds, and kerosene can also replace white spirit. It is successfully used for cleaning parts and degreasing surfaces.

The main compound SGS-O is used to fill the space between the contact plates. The grease is applied in a heated state, hardening as it cools.

The grease has high tribological characteristics, dynamic lightness, and is capable of operating in a very wide temperature range (from -50 to +180°C). It is used in high-speed friction units, such as electric motor bearings and generators, where a low coefficient of friction, absence of wear, and long service life without re-lubrication are required.

General-purpose grease; a mixture of medium-viscosity petroleum oils thickened with hydrated calcium soap of fatty acids, which are part of natural (vegetable and animal) fats. The main performance characteristics of fatty solid grease: similar to synthetic solid greases in main characteristics. It has better viscosity-temperature properties, compacts less during storage, and does not thicken thixotropically at rest after deformation. Operable at temperatures from -30 to +65°C, in powerful mechanisms (bearings, joints, blocks, etc.) – from -50°C. Used in mechanisms and machines of vehicles, agricultural machinery; hand and other tools, screw and chain drives, low-speed gearboxes, etc.

General-purpose grease; a mixture of acid-alkali refined oils (70%) and selectively refined oils (30%), thickened with calcium soaps of still residues of fatty acids (C20 and above) and low molecular weight fatty acids (C5-C6). The main performance characteristics of synthetic solid grease: good water resistance, colloidal stability, protective properties, narrow range of operating temperatures, and low mechanical stability. Operable at temperatures from -30 to +65°C. Used in relatively rough friction units of mechanisms and machines, vehicles, agricultural machinery; hand and other tools, joints, screw and chain drives, low-speed gearboxes, etc.
Graphite grease
USSa
A mixture of high-viscosity petroleum oil thickened with calcium soap and graphite – 10% by weight. Graphite is introduced into the grease in the form of powder or graphite suspension. Due to its colloidal state, it can remain in a water or oil medium for a long time, protecting metal surfaces from corrosion. Used in sliding friction units of heavily loaded low-speed mechanisms, in springs and suspensions of tractors and machines. Thanks to the presence of graphite, USsA grease not only protects sliding surfaces from wear and moisture but also eliminates squeaks in high-load units.
Instrument grease

The TSIATIM-201 grease is an antifriction, frost-resistant, high melting, water-resistant instrument grease for lubricating lightly loaded rolling and sliding friction units. It can operate at temperatures ranging from minus 60 °C to plus 90 °C. The TSIATIM-201 grease is produced from low-viscosity petroleum oils thickened with lithium stearate with addition of an antioxidant additive. It is produced from highquality raw materials at new and one of the most up-to-date industrial facilities in Russia.
Multipurpose grease

Plastic, frost-resistant grease operating in the temperature range from minus 50°C to 120°C. It is a multi-purpose plastic grease. This product is a mixture of petroleum oils processed with a thickener – lithium soap based on higher fatty acids. The grease also contains an antioxidant additive – diphenylamine. It is used for lubricating friction units and bearings operating under low loads and small shear forces. Specifically, Tsitaim-202 is used in aviation and radio equipment, electromechanical instruments, and similar applications.

Plastic anti-friction low-temperature grease made from mineral oil thickened with lithium soap of technical salomas. Designed for lubricating gear and worm drives of gearboxes, sliding and rolling bearings, various power drives, screw pairs, loaded gearboxes, mechanisms operated in open areas, and automotive friction units.
Heat-resistant grease
Cyatim-221
Obtained by thickening synthetic oil with complex calcium soap and adding an antioxidant additive. It is water-insoluble, hygroscopic, and maintains stability even when boiled. The maximum application temperature is 150°C, with short-term overheating up to 180°C allowed. It also has good low-temperature properties, suitable for use down to –60°C. Successfully used in friction units operating in deep vacuum (from 10-1 to 10-10 Pa). In a vacuum, it ensures the operation of lightly and moderately loaded rolling bearings at rotation speeds of up to several thousand rpm and temperatures up to +150°C for up to 1000 hours. The grease is also used in instrument bearings and lightly loaded gearboxes.
